Credit and Certification for 2006
Attorneys admitted to the bar by December 31, 1996 must attend four of the ten scheduled sessions. Attorneys admitted to the bar after January 1, 1996, must attend six of the ten sessions scheduled.
Out of courtesy to our speakers, late registrations will not be permitted beyond 2:10 p.m. Attorneys arriving after 2:10 p.m. will not receive credit for the session. Similarly, evaluations must be completed and turned in at the end of each session. Evaluations will not be accepted prior to the end of the session.
Only two sessions may be made up by videotape. Therefore, attorneys requiring six sessions for certification must attend at least four live sessions in order to become certified. Attorneys requiring four sessions for certification must attend at least two live sessions.
Videotape make-up sessions will be held after the completion of the fall sessions, commencing in January of 2007. There will be only one series of make-up sessions. To receive credit for a session, attendees must:
